Birmingham Restaurant Organization Donates to Culinard Library

Culinard, the Culinary Institute of Virginia College in Birmingham, was recently honored to be the recipient of a gift from the board members of the Birmingham Originals for the purpose of buying specialized cookery books for the Culinard library.
The Birmingham Originals is an organization of 36 independent, locally-owned restaurants. New, comprehensive volumes purchased with the $1,000 donation will further students' real-world insights to the industry.
