Advanced Culinard Pastry Students Show Chocolate Creations

Advanced pastry classes at Culinard, the Culinary Institute of Virginia College in Birmingham, Alabama, recently showed off some of their best work using chocolate. Led by pastry instructors Jared Danks and Thomas Mair, the students designed and prepared various chocolate sculptures as part of their programs. These creative examples will be on display at the quarterly buffet hosted by the program.
Culinard Dean Chef Antony Osborne says, "Some wonderful creative exhibits were prepared, showcasing the wonderful assets that we have with both our students and the faculty at Culinard."
