Virginia College to Host Commander General for the South Command of the Armed Forces at Hispanic American Business Association Meeting

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- August 4, 2010 -- Virginia College in Mobile, Alabama, will host Dr. Miguel Cubano, Commander General for the South Command of the Armed Forces for the Hispanic American Business Association of the Gulf Coast quarterly meeting on Friday, Aug. 6, 2010. Cubano will speak about "Medical Mobilization and Emergency Procedures After the Disaster in Haiti."
"Mobile will always be at risk during hurricane season and we know that Dr. Cubano can provide significant insights into how our city and residents can be better prepared to deal with the effects of a weather disaster," says Campus President Eric Berrios. "We are pleased to partner with the Hispanic American Business Association to present this event."
The Hispanic American Business Association of the Gulf Coast is a business community organization dedicated to promoting leadership and support of development and network of Hispanic businesses and the economic development in the Gulf Coast of the United States.
